c. It is preferred that placements are made by the consensus decision of head coaches and independent evaluators.Head coaches are provided with a brief rationale for the placement decision.
d. It is the head coach's responsibility to speak to each player/parent and inform them of the placement decision and the rationale. In 2007, all selections will be completed and players signed before leaving the facility on the last day.
5.The committee will provide the team selections to the board.
Equipment and Uniforms
GYBA will provide each player with a Phoenix team uniform (2 pairs of shorts, 2 jerseys and one shooting shirt) which must be returned in good condition at the end of the season. Failure to do so will result in an invoice being sent to the parents in question to pay for the replacement of the uniform. The players are responsible for their own basketball shoes and socks.
