Phoenix Cancellation Policy - 2009-2010 Season
Once a player agrees be part of a Phoenix team by signing their name on the OBA team registration form (or equivalent) they are committing to play for that team and removing the chance for another player to join. Our budget is based on 12 players on each Phoenix team, so the removal of a player presents a financial burden to the club and thus to other members of the team. If a player chooses to cancel prior to their team's first tournament or prior to December 31, whichever comes first, they will be re-imbursed their registration costs, less $100. If they choose to cancel after that date, there will be no refund. However, please note, the $150 in fundraising and raffle tickets sales are final upon registration and are nonrefundable.
Hustle Cancellation Policy - 2009-2010 Season
No Refunds after November 1, 2009, prior to then, refunds less $20.00 administration fee.
