Cancellation Policy
Once a player agrees to be a member of a GYBA Gryphons Rep team, by signing their name on the OBA team registration form (or equivalent), they are committing to play for that team and removing the chance for another player to join. Our budget is based on a 12 player roster on each GYBA Gryphon team, so the removal of a player presents a financial burden to the club and thus to other members of the team.
If a player chooses to cancel prior to their team’s first tournament or prior to December 31, whichever comes first, they will be reimbursed their registration costs, less $100. If they choose to cancel after that date, there will be no refund.
